Provide your credit card or other payment information or select "pay by mail, Lay-A-Way". ** A fast and secure way to send foreign payment is by Bank Wire.  We will send you the details of how to do this by return email: Ask For Bank Wire Info.   Your bank will charge a small feefor this service and it will speed the delivery of your order by several days. NOTE: Our bank provides an exceptional security system.  It prevents any of our routing and account number information from being used to make withdrawals or drafts in any form.  Our bank wire system can be used only for incoming deposits and payments to MyCelticRings.  Several fraudulent attempts have been made against our bank account.  Each has been traced to the stupid criminals and prosecuted by the FBI for the felony of attempted grand larceny.  3. In the "Special Instructions" section of the order form enter the total number of payments that you would like to make.  You can select up to 3 monthly payments (90 days or less). The total cost of your order, plus FedEx shipping, and any appropriate sales tax (Oklahoma residents only), will be the basis for calculating the amount of each payment. We'll send you a prompt confirmation of your Lay-A-Way payment plan complete with the details of your order, payment amounts, timing, etc.  We'll make it easy and crystal clear for you. If paying by credit card we will debit your account once each month until all payments have been made.  If paying by check or money order you will send in one monthly payment until all payments have been made. It is far easier to setup a Lay-A-Way plan than it might seem. Questions?       Every item that we sell is made to order, built individually and especially according to your order and wishes.         Credit cards and customer information are verified in detail and payment is debited shortly after orders arrive.  Prompt emails are sent to customers detailing the charges and a very good estimate of the date that orders will be shipped.   Work  on new orders begins the next business day.  When orders are shipped, about 16 business days later,  another email is sent which provides customers with the FedEx package tracking numbers and the web address where you can use the tracking number.  It is extremely easy to use.  More details about shipping are on our shipping page.       Domestic Payment      We accept  Master Card, Visa, and Discover Cards from residents of the USA and Canada.  Note that the credit cards must be from US or Canadian based banks.          Please no chickens. Personal and business checks and money orders from US residents are also welcome.  You can even send your credit card information  by Fax or by the secure credit card payment page here on our site.  Fax your Check: Fast, easy and convenient for anyone with access to a fax machine.  Just write your check in the usual way, make it payable to "My Celtic Rings, Inc." and fax it to 516-740-0773.  A cover sheet is not required as the fax comes directly to our order desk.  We will send you a prompt email to confirm that we have received it.  Save the original check.  The fax will be used to created a lawful "VersaCheck" that will be deposited to our accunt.  Signatures are not required on "VersaChecks". Waiting periods are rarely a problem because it typically takes longer for us to finish making an order than it does for a check to clear. Mailing Credit Card Payment Authorization: Some orders will require that we have your signature verifying that you have personally authorized us to debit your credit card for the amount of your order.  This is easily accomplished by printing and mailing (or Faxing) us the form on the following page: Order Confirmation Form Foreign Payments & Shipments -- Problems: Orders shipped to foreign countries must be 100% prepaid in US dollars.  Our credit card processing company does not enable us to process credit cards issued by non-USA banks. Also, U.S.A. shipments to anywhere cannot be charged to foreign based credit cards.  All such orders must be fully prepaid in US dollars and will be shipped after payment has cleared our bank in the USA.   Foreign payments can be made by Bank Wire, Western Union, International Money Orders, or American Express Travelers checks.  All payments must be in US dollars (USD). The fastest, easiest and most secure payment method is Bank Wire.  This is easily accomplished by having your bank wire your payment directly to our company bank account, at Bank of America.  The information required to wire funds to us will be sent upon request once you have placed an order.  Simply ask for the Bank wire details using the "Special Instructions/Comments" section of our online shopping cart during the checkout process. Special Note about bank wires:  It is no longer possible to use our bank wire account numbers to create draft checks against our account.  All of the major banks, including ours (Bank of America), now disallow such activity by providng each bank customer with 2 sets of account numbers, the bank wire numbers are always "deposit only."  Important Note: We ship in accordance with the rules and regulations of UPS and totally comply with the customs and importation laws of the countries to which we ship.  Foreign customers must accept responsibility for paying any required Tariffs or import duty fees mandated by the governments in their home countries.  Email us, , if you wish to make payment by Bank Wire and the needed details will be sent with a prompt reply.  This form of payment is fast, easy and extremely secure. We record the unique IP address generated by the computer sending every order.  Every computer has a unique IP address which can be traced back to the source.  Attempted fraudulent transactions are treated as attempted robbery, reported to the authorities, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Credit card numbers and other private numerical information is  transmitted via scrambled (encrypted) emails.  The numbers are un-scrambled after arrival.  We don't take chances with the security of your credit card or other other private information. We subscribe to FraudScreen.  The FraudScreen system uses a database of billions of  pieces of information to rate the fraud risk of every credit card order that we submit for payment.  A "Fraud Score" rating between 1 and 1000 is provided to us; the higher the number the greater is the risk of fraud.  We refuse to accept payments from credit cards with high Fraud Scores.  Such orders can be accepted only when paid by alternate methods such as personal or business checks, money orders, Bank Wire transfers or Western Union.  Delivery: All rings are made to order and shipped in about 16 or fewer working days.  The process begins immediately after orders have been received and payment has been confirmed.  Deliveries may take longer during holiday periods. Free delivery is via UPS ground to anywhere in the USA.  Minimum UPS shipping charges outside of the US to Canada is $50 USD.  Shipping charges to some countries may be substantially higher.  Actual foreign shipping charges are calculated based on exact shipping addresses.  We do not seek profits on shipping charges.
